K & K LOGISTICS LLC — Prospective Shipper Outreach Privacy Notice

This notice describes our prospective-shipper outreach. We research public company websites and other public business sources to identify companies that produce or distribute goods and find an appropriate transportation contact.

We record company names, business locations, published business email addresses and phone numbers, contact names or roles when published, and source links. We also keep outreach drafts, sending records, replies, delivery failures, complaints and requests to stop contact. Information supplied in a reply may be added to the relevant business record. Publication of an address does not mean its owner consented to outreach.

For Titan campaign messages, we may also record automated read-receipt and unsubscribe/resubscribe signals. These technical signals do not establish that a person read a message. A campaign's Unsubscribe link opens a confirmation page where the recipient selects Yes, Unsubscribe; it is not an automatic one-click action from the email. You may also opt out by reply or email as described below.

We use these records to assess business relevance, prepare brief introductions, route transportation questions, handle replies and delivery issues, record campaign status, and prevent further introductions to contacts who opt out. The owner uses Titan for business email and Codex on a local workstation to assist research, drafting and record keeping. This describes the workflow; it does not state that all provider processing takes place on that workstation.

For an outreach complaint, a request to correct a contact record, or a request to stop introductions, reply to the message or email alex@kklogisticsllc.us. If that route is unavailable, email loadap@kklogisticsllc.us. No account, payment or sensitive identity information is needed for an opt-out. We will record stop requests and exclude the requested contact or company from further introductions. A minimal suppression record may be kept so the request is not lost when other outreach records change.
